0:24 Can anyone tell what is this problem called? That part in the back?
This is called a parietal whorl.
Very useful. I'm currently doing pin curls overnight on dry hair, so not heat damage. However it's good to know how to do it with an iron/wand just in case I needed more modern look.
What is maximum hair loss? I have been shedding since March and I feel like I have lost about 60% of my hair. Can i lose more than 70%?
I love the way you simply explained it all! Thanks
Thank you so much I hate by double crown 😂
Hi. I know this is an old video. But I’m curious how can you tell that 220 didn’t do anything? Like how do you know to set it at higher temperature ?
Thank you for the tips! Use a Tyme Iron for a much easier twist/turn. 👍🏻
Excellent tips!!
Can u mix castor oil With pumpkin seed oil?
Because of stress, I was experiencing hair thinning and a lot of hair fall. Upon seeing the positive things about reactivate hair growth serum by liittlleextra, I got my first bottle and have been using it since today. My hair fall has decreased, and I can say that I am observing baby hairs on my front line here and there. There is a clear difference in the growth of baby hairs as well. As mentioned earlier, my hair fall has reduced. What I mean is that previously, I was losing 50-100 strands, but now it has reduced to 20-30 strands. In addition to the above, I have also started taking care of my hair regularly with weekly hair treatments and applying Coco onion oil twice a week, which has further added to these results.
right, I am similarly seeing new baby hairs after using reactivate hair growth serum from the last few months.
My hair has never been this good. All due to reactivate hair growth serum.
Thank you for sharing this! Very clever!
What size hair brush are you using?
Thank you for sharing.
I’ve noticed that my hair seems to shed more in the fall. Starting in about August for September. Explain that one.
I shed in the fall as well
This was brilliant! I’m old & I never knew about this before (shape of head determines direction of brush). Thanks!!
This was super helpful, thank you
Great video… Super helpful. Your hair is almost exactly like mine, except for the growth pattern on the scalp. Seems like such common sense. I don’t know why I didn’t think of some of this myself. I have the tools, but I haven’t been using them correctly ! Couldn’t figure out why I couldn’t make my hair look like the hairdresser does. I get tired of people telling me I have a health issue… I’ve been tested. I am fine. No iron deficiency. No thyroid problem nothing. I just have always had fine hair and it’s gotten worse as I’ve gotten older. Oh yay aging. Not.
This is a great trick, well done! I hope I introduce these practices because it really makes me feel bad when my hair is bad... Thank you xx
This is awesome makes sense, thank you for you blow drying tips ❤👏❤👏
FINALLY someone with hair like mine.
I have PCOS and suffer with hirsuitism and hair thinning on the crown area, I was told that losing weight would help with my symptoms. I lost 2 stones in 3 months and a few months later had a ton of hair shedding. Thankfully most of the hair grew back but not all of it, sometimes it seems like you can’t win !

Hi Tabitha been watching your wonderful and Informative videos for a little while now. My hair has always been fine and thin. Getting more so now that I’m 60. I try not to shampoo my hair everyday but my scalp tends to itch. Would the oil help with that ? Thank you for your time and expertise
😂 Cute!!
What if the part is thinner in front and wider in the back?
Has it always been that way? If not, it can be hormone related and not genetic. There are so many reasons for hair loss. I would find a Trichologist near you if you are concerned about it.
Hi Tabitha! I just 😢found your channel and subscribed and shared it with other health minded friends! I have always been fascinated by hair, and my hair is by far my favorite feature. To give a quick background, I have been aware of the connection between healthy eating and healthy hair since I was in my late teens. And my hair has always been thick and healthy. My diet consists of mainly low mercury fish like sardines and salmon, fruit and veggies of all types, plain Greek yogurt, nutritional yeast, nuts and seeds and organic eggs. I am blood type A- so red meat doesn't digest well with me. As a result of this diet, I have no grey hair. I am very cautious online and won't reveal my exact age, but I will say I remember vaguely the last few years of the 1960's. Anyway, people often say my hair is by far more beautiful than young girls who stuff themselves with candy, chips and soda. But last spring I started shedding excessively. I went to a dermatologist and he diagnosed Telegen Effluvium and all blood work was very good. Fortunately it was a "mild" case and only lasted about a month, and my hair never became obviously thinner. We decided it was a one time reaction to work stress. All was well until about late January this year. Although my hair looks as thick and healthy as ever, I am shedding just over 100 hairs most days. Nothing in my lifestyle has changed. Since my diagnosis of TE last May, I have been using Viviscal hair supplement. Before TE I was never this obsessed with counting my daily shed. This is still far short of my TE shedding, which was well over 250 or so hairs a day. But I have heard we shouldn't shed more than about 90 hairs each day. What do you think about this? My apologies for being long winded, but I wanted to pass on anything that could be helpful in understanding my situation. Thank you SOOO MUCH for your time! 6:07
Hi there 👋 TE usually start after 3 months of a trigger. Is there something that happened 2-3 months prior to hair shedding? Change in diet, medication, covid, vaccines, gut issues, ect...? So many things can trigger it. If you would like to email me your answers, I can give you more info.❤️ Tabithafhair@gmail.com
@@tabithafhairThank you SOOOO MUCH for your time. I will absolutely email you later. I am on vacation this week and actually I am out running errands this moment, but I will definitely send an email later. Again, thank you SOOO MUCH! 🤗❤️👍👍
Do you have any thoughts on olive oil? Would that be a good carrier for the rosemary essential oil?
So very helpful. Thank you so much. Your nails are so pretty. God bless you.
Sulfate free is not good for those with oily scalps
I use a small fuzzy scrunchy and make high up pony with just the crown & go to sleep! Once I remove in morning has volume and no more cowlick!! 😊
I used to do this when my hair was longer too😉
Great video & tutorial...so helpful ❤ 😊 THANK YOU
Yes! I think a whole food plant based diet is what made my hair dry & brittle. I wasn’t getting enough protein, and I was anemic also. Now that I’ve been including animal products for over a year, it’s finally growing in healthy again. I eat lots of eggs, red meat, and salmon. Plus, butter, cheese and heavy cream. I eat onions, tomatoes and jalapeños for flavor. ❤ Tip: for thin hair, like mine is on the ends since it was so brittle and broke easily, curl your hair in 1” sponge rollers. So long as I do that, my hair still looks nice and full. I only use three, and it’s so easy and doesn’t get in my way while I sleep.
Sure is . My mother and Sister the same . My dad Bald .
What oil for hair growth, castor oil/peppermint oil/ 😮
Make some Long videos 👍

hi what brand curling iron you have used in this video
amzn.to/42Vabes
Looks so real! Just got it!
I have scarirng alopecia...also called frontal fibrosing alopecia. I've been on a topical steroid once a day and minoxidol 5% once a day per my dermatologist...However, my dermatologist did NOT do a biopsy..she looked at the scalp and the pattern of hair loss and made the diagnosis. B/c of a delayed diagnosis I lost a not of hair particularly at my front hairline b/c doctors gaslit me..saying I was getting older, or a person loses 150 hairs a day both of which is true..BUT..they blew me off. B/c of that delayed diagnosis I lost several years where with treatment I might not have lost so much hair. I had the same experience with breast cancer..again dismissed, gaslit and a one year delay in getting a diagnosis and THAT only b/c of me pushing back.
I'm so sorry you went through this. I have heard this story too many times from clients who know something isn't right. Is your FFA staying non-active with your treatment? I have clients with FFA who have had great results with working with a nutritionist on an anti inflammatory diet to keep it quiet.❤️
@@tabithafhair I'm not certain...some days my scalp is bright pink, like cooked shrimp, other days it looks normal which makes me think it's still active to some degree.
I was told I have fine hair what oils can I use that wont damage it
For the hair you will want light oils like argan oils. I like the one from neuma!
Hi! I'd like to get some insights into what to do to maintain good scalp health once hair loss (especially T.E.) recedes :)
This is a great question. I will make a video!
I would like to see a video of you washing your own hair or a guest washing and conditioning their own hair. Should the conditioner touch your scalp?
Same! I know not all conditioners are the same, and the one I use APPEARS (lol) to be safe/even beneficial to use on my scalp...but I think it's causing buildup..🤨
Most conditioners are comedigenic (pore clogging) If you are putting conditioner on your scalp you want to use a conditioner for hair loss. They are non pore clogging (non-comedogenic)😉
I put the conditioner on my mid length to the ends. Not on the scalp. There are only a few conditioners that can go on the scalp and not clog pores. The hair loss conditioners are non pore clogging (non-comedogenic)❤️
@@tabithafhair Yes! It feels weird to do it! The one I use is for thinning hair, let's just say it's "Pure Gold"..lol (Pura D'Or) and it says to massage it in it..but it doesn't say the actual word "scalp"..I'm going to try NOT using the conditioner on my scalp and see if things get too dry and then back to the drawing board. 😵💫
Ugh, I need to wash more often…
I've been watching you for a while and I love your videos. This one in particular really helped me understand more about over and under washing on a base level. My question is- Should I still be able to smell scalp oil (lightly, but more that I ever did before I hit 40) after washing my hair?
Thank you for following! Some people do have a natural oder to their scalp, but if you feel like it is stronger, then you can have a Trichologist look under the microscope to see if you have build up. ❤️
Thank you!
Super helpful! I never knew how to find and tailor my styling for my head shape! Thank you!
This is How my eyelashes looks like , due to Dmodex .
I got one of these a couple of weeks ago….it is a game changer! It does last between shampoos too. ❤️
Yeap tried this so many times. And within 5mins its back to looking like im going bald at the back 😢😢
This is my hair! Thank you for this! I have a widow's peak and a cowlick at the crown - ugh! Any tips on styling those?
